I bring nearly 20 years of hands on experience as structural fitter, welder and level 2 welding inspector. My background has built a strong foundation in Quality assurance, Quality control, time management, and cost efficiency-all critical when evaluating a home. Over the years, my wife and I have also been deeply involved in real estate, renovating rental properties and buying and selling homes. But our journey wasn't easy. We didn't have the right guidance and every mistake cost time, stress, and money. Those difficult experiences are exactly why i became a home inspector. Today, my goal is simple: to help families make confident, informed decisions when buying a home. I understand what's at stake-not just the condition of the home, but also the impact on your time and finances.
